We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase and find the perfect fit and style! To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer exchanges and store credit only.
Customers may return products purchased on pepeandbertaguayabera.com within 15 days of receiving the order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Please allow 3-5 Business days for our team to process your exchange/or store credit once it arrives back to us.
ELIGIBILITY:
Original tags, including Pepe & Berta tags must be attached. We will not honor any exchanges with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a return.

STORE CREDIT:
Prefer to shop later? You'll receive store credit for the value of your return, which can be used anytime on our site.
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE/ OR STORE CREDIT:
Before starting the exchange form below, please make sure your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected, please include email and order number. Any returned package that arrives back after the 15th day would be sent back regardless of approval.
Shipping costs for returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
SHIPPING:
All orders are usually processed within 48 hours. During holidays or busy periods, processing may take
3-4 business days - if this happens, a team member will reach out to keep you informed and provide an update. Please note that we are only able to process orders during our storefront's business hours. We are a small team, but we do our absolute best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Please select the correct shipping option at checkout, especially if your order is time-sensitive. Keep in mind that our processing times are separate from shipping times.

Please note that all orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We kindly advise you to double-check and confirm your shipping address during the checkout process to avoid any issues during the shipment process. In the event that an order is returned to use due to an incorrect (or incomplete) address, additional shipping charges will be incurred - these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address after your order is placed, kindly contact us immediately. Our team will make every effort to assist you and check if changes can be made before the order is shipped. However, once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made from our end. In such cases, it becomes the customer's responsibility to handle any address-related issues.
